Digital Diagnostics
Clients may submit information and high-quality photos. Digital sample submission typically allows a more timely response.
- For plant problems, images showing the plant in the landscape often provide additional clues as to the cause of the problem.
- Photos showing the base of the plant at the soil line may also be illuminating when trying to determine root issues.
- For Insect Identification, try to ensure the insect is in focus as best as possible.
- These images should be accompanied by information describing the problem (who, what, where, when, why are great questions to explain).
Digital Submission Form
Please use as much detail as possible.
