Keri utilizes a wide range of molecular tools to characterize plan viral genomes, and has expertise in developing serological and molecular diagnostics for viruses of a wide range of genera including Tospovirus, Caulimovirus, Badnavirus, Carlavirus, Potyvirus, Potexvirus, Luteovirus, and Foveavirus.
