Student receives fellowship and grant funding

Christian Aguilar, PhD student advised by Dr. Mark Mazzola, was the recent recipient of the Mike and Kathy Hambelton Fellowship, which was established to help ensure the continuation of Washington State University tree fruit research activities within the production areas of Washington State.  In addition, Christian served as Co-Principal Investigator of the proposed research project entitled Fungicide evaluation for the control of bull’s eye rot of apple which recently received funding for a period of two years from the Washington Tree Fruit Research Commission.Christian Aguilar
