Stuart Grigg and Lindsey du Toit

Stuart Grigg, Agronomist from Australia, visited Lindsey du Toit’s vegetable seed pathology program at the WSU Mount Vernon NWREC on 16 September 2013 to discuss management of soilborne pathogens of spinach. Stuart runs a consulting company, Ag-Hort Consulting, based in Victoria, Australia, where he works with producers of vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, and brassicas. Stuart received an international fellowship to travel in order to research spinach root diseases in other countries, and document resolutions and best practices which may assist growers in Australia with managing these diseases.
